September-8 International Literacy Day 2012

What is the most important attribute that a person can have in order to excel in market and advance in life? Let us ask this question from ourselves. What is one feature that distinguishes us from animals and makes us become better human beings? No wonder, it is the education that is imperative to the progress of this world on individual and collective basis. This day on September 8 we celebrate the importance of literacy and education not only for ourselves but also for the people who live with us; our servants, children and grand children.

This day, awareness about literacy is spread all around the world on physical meetings and online forums. The betterment and advancement in all the fields of life can only be attained through education. It is education which enables us to become better architects, teachers, students and policy makers.

It is the education on which stand the pillars of the running of the economy of a country. The policy makers and economists have their role to play when it comes to formulating how the nation will run. Let us all join hands this day to spread education in any form that we possess to others.
